Who Uses Our Crafty World?
1. HOMESCHOOL FAMILIES
I have been teaching world culture classes to homeschoolers for over 10 years, and let me just say…
What a wonderful way to learn!
Homeschoolers take my Zoom and in-person classes to supplement their curriculum to provide a more hands-on, engaging, and meaningful approach to learning about the world.

2. TEACHERS
Teachers use Our Crafty World projects to easily incorporate world culture into their art room or classroom.
Our easy-to-follow projects are scalable and work for students with varying capabilities across all grades.
Remember, world culture lessons can be added to so many aspects of your curriculum – even a curriculum that doesn’t involve the study of a particular country. I am here to inspire you to do that so that your students gain a deeper love for learning about the world and a desire to want to learn more!
3. PARENTS
Parents use our crafty world in many ways. Here are just a few…
1.You are planning a trip and you want your family to learn about the culture before you take off.
We have taken our kids all over the world (thanks to the airline miles my husband has earned through years of traveling for work) and we always find some way to learn about the culture before we leave. Why? Because new cultures can be intimidating to children!
When you provide your children a way to have an immediate connection with a new culture, they feel more comfortable, like little travel experts, and will most likely take on the trip with a new-found gusto. In short, they’ll just plain get more out of it!
Not to mention, it’s fun to explore a new country and actually see something you recognize along the way! It may be a certain food you cooked at home before your trip, a handicraft from that country you made on a rainy day after school, or even something as simple as understanding and recognizing the local currency you discussed at dinner time.
2. You want your family to learn about our world, yet you are unable to take your children traveling for one reason or another.
If traveling the world is not an option right now but you still want a way for your children to experience the world from home, Our Crafty World projects can accomplish just that. All of our projects can be done at home, and we even provide activities for exploring world culture out and about in your community!
3.You are looking for ways to keep your kids busy in an age where screens are becoming the norm.
When enough is enough, please let Our Crafty World be your go-to and healthy alternative to screen time. Your children can pass an afternoon away engaged in exotic cultures, putting their creativity and brains to work! Our projects are designed with kids in mind – just send them to Our Crafty World and let them lead the way.
